At OzDesign Sofa, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We provide free curbside shipping via sea freight, with delivery typically taking around 6–10 weeks after dispatch, depending on the country.

For customers who need their sofa sooner, we also offer air freight services. While this option incurs additional costs, it ensures your order arrives within 1–2 weeks—perfect for those on a tight schedule.

To guarantee the safe and timely arrival of your sofa, we partner with professional international furniture logistics companies. All our sofas are made to order. Care Instructions

Washing instructions

You can easily zip off the fabric on both cushions and mattresses. This makes it possible to wash the fabric at a low temperature. It is recommended to wash at a maximum of 30° and with mild/extra gentle soap. We recommend turning the fabric inside out when washing.
