We are confident in the craftsmanship of our products and offer a 3-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for the frames, as well as seat and back cushions.
What is covered under this warranty?
This warranty applies exclusively to residential use. It covers:
- Defects in materials and craftsmanship affecting the sofa frames.
- Seat and back cushions when used with their intended frames.
What is not covered under this warranty?
Our warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper storage, assembly, installation, misuse, abuse, or unauthorized alterations.
- Issues arising from incorrect cleaning methods or unsuitable cleaning products.
- Normal wear and tear, including cuts, scratches, or damage from impacts or accidents.
- Products placed outdoors or in damp/humid environments.
- Any incidental or consequential damages.
