Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes items need to be returned. We are happy to offer a credit, exchange, or refund of the purchase price of your item, less any shipping or handling costs and a 15% restocking fee.

Eligibility for Returns
  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, not assembled or partially assembled, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
  • The returned item must match the condition documented in your return request, both in writing and through photos.
Refund and Exchange Process
  • If your item meets the return criteria, you are entitled to an identical replacement item (if in stock) or a refund of the product cost, excluding all shipping fees.
  • Refunds will be issued in the same method as the original payment.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error on our part.
  • Shipping or handling costs and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Return Authorization
  • Before returning an item, you must contact us at support@ozdesignsofa.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
  • Returns without an RMA number or items not in their original packaging may not be processed or may be subject to additional fees at our discretion.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the RMA number.
Shipping & Handling
  • You may return the product at your cost using your preferred shipping method.
  • Alternatively, we can schedule a pickup with our partnered shipping company for a fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Please note that the return must be sent to one of our warehouses. The addresses can be found under the "Need Help?" section.
Important Notes
  • Refunds typically appear on your credit card statement within one to two billing cycles.
  • Please do not request a chargeback while waiting for a refund, as this may delay processing.

Damages and Issues

All items should be inspected upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@ozdesignsofa.com immediately.

To help us resolve the issue, please provide an unboxing video and purchase receipt within 14 days of delivery. We will review the item, and if the defect is confirmed, we will resend your product for free.

If your product is missing, please contact us for assistance.

We cannot accept complaints more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds before shipping

We will notify you whether your refund has been approved after receiving and inspecting your return.

Please note the following:

  • If you apply for a refund within 24 hours of placing your order, you are eligible for a full refund. However, cancellations made after 24 hours will be subject to a 5% processing fee charged by third-party payment providers. Full refund requests submitted after 5 business days will not be accepted.
  • If approved, you will receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or an undelivered package, OzDesign Sofa reserves the right to charge for reshipping.

Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and release the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved the return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@ozdesignsofa.com.

Non-returnable items

Return Policy for Vacuum-Compressed Products

Due to the nature of our vacuum-compressed packaging, returns are only accepted if the item remains in its original, unopened packaging. Once opened, the product cannot be repacked or resold, so we are unable to accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Additionally, we do not accept returns for:

Customized or made-to-order products

Items that have been damaged or partially damaged

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and provide a resolution.

Color Variation

Please note that slight color differences between the product images and the actual product are possible due to professional photography settings, lighting, and display device variations. These minor discrepancies are not considered defects and therefore do not qualify for refunds or exchanges. However, if you believe there is a significant issue with the product, please contact our support team for further assistance.

European Union 14-day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the return is due to a change of mind, a 15% restocking fee will be applied, and the return shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.
