What Happens After You Place an Order?

Delivery Areas

How shipping works

We’ve prepared a simple visual guide that shows each step after you place an order, from production to international shipping and local delivery.

Where we ship

  • We currently do not ship to the European Union or Australia.
  • We ship to most other destinations worldwide.
    If your country isn’t available at checkout, please contact our support team.

Duties, taxes, and fees

  • DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) applies to all supported destinations except Norway and Switzerland. The checkout price includes import duties, customs clearance fees, and related taxes.
  • Norway and Switzerland ship DAP. Local VAT is payable to the carrier on delivery.
  • We do not charge any additional fees beyond what you see at checkout.

Lead time and delivery options

  • Made to order: production usually takes 1–2 weeks before dispatch.
  • Standard sea freight (free curbside delivery): typical transit time after dispatch is 3–10 weeks, depending on destination.
  • Express air freight (paid option): typical transit time after dispatch is 1–2 weeks. Please contact us for a quote.

Timelines below refer to transit time after dispatch and may vary if there are additional delays. Production time (1–2 weeks) is not included.

Americas

  • United States: 5–7 weeks
  • Canada, Mexico: 6–8 weeks

Europe

  • (EU countries not supported)
  • United Kingdom: 7–9 weeks
  • Norway, Switzerland: 11–13 weeks

Asia

  • Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia: 2–3 weeks

Middle East

  • Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates: 6–8 weeks

Afric

  • South Africa, Morocco: 7–9 weeks

Oceania

  • New Zealand: 8–10 weeks
  • (Australia not supported)

Reminder: For Norway and Switzerland, local VAT is payable on delivery. For all other supported countries, the price at checkout is final.

Local delivery and contact

When your order enters the local delivery stage, the driver will contact you by e-mail or phone to book a delivery window. If you will be away, please tell us your dates so we can help coordinate.

Packaging and carriers

We partner with professional international furniture carriers and use reinforced packaging designed for long-distance transport.

Customisation

All sofas are made to order. For custom fabrics or configurations, please contact our support team.

Helpful reminder

We send a friendly reminder e-mail around 4–6 weeks after dispatch with receiving tips and next steps. You can also review the Shipping Process page on our site anytime.

Delivery Timeline

We partner with a professional international furniture logistics company to ensure reliable shipping. All products are shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse, with two delivery options available:

  • Sea Freight (6-8 weeks): Free of charge.
  • Air Freight (approximately 2 weeks): Additional shipping fees apply, depending on the specific product.

Orders are usually shipped in multiple packages with our shipping partners. Even if all packages leave our warehouse at the same time, it may happen that packages do not arrive at the same time. Please note that delivery is to the curbside only.

Track Order

For air freight items, once the sofa is ready, we’ll provide a tracking number for your shipment.

For sea freight items, we’ll share tracking information and an estimated delivery timeframe once your order has been dispatched.

Force majeure

We make every effort to adhere to the agreed delivery times. However, if we are forced to cancel a delivery due to extraordinary circumstances that could not have been avoided despite taking all reasonable precautions, no compensation will be provided. In the event of a delivery cancellation due to such circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and arrange for a new delivery date.

By “extraordinary circumstances,” we refer to situations where an event cannot be avoided even with reasonable efforts. This includes severe weather conditions that disrupt the delivery route, as well as security risks, strikes affecting transportation, or delays caused by congestion from the shipping company.

Recipient’s responsibility

  • The recipient must be available on the provided telephone number.

  • Corrections to or cancellation of delivery must be made no later than 24 hours.

💼 Import Duties & Taxes

We ship all international orders using a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) method.

This means we cover all import duties, customs clearance fees, and related taxes on your behalf — so the price you see at checkout is the final amount, with no hidden fees.

Applies to all countries we ship to, including:

  • Europe (Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom)
  • Asia, Americas, Oceania, Middle East, and Africa

You will not be asked to pay anything extra when your sofa arrives.
