Delivery Time

At OzDesign Sofa, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We provide free shipping via sea freight, with delivery typically taking around 6–10 weeks after dispatch, depending on the country.

For customers who need their sofa sooner, we also offer air freight services. While this option incurs additional costs, it ensures your order arrives within 1–2 weeks—perfect for those on a tight schedule.

To guarantee the safe and timely arrival of your sofa, we partner with professional international furniture logistics companies. All our sofas are made to order. If you have any customization requests, please contact us via email at support@ozdesignsofa.com, and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.

Delivery Timeline

We partner with a professional international furniture logistics company to ensure reliable shipping. All products are shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse, with two delivery options available:

  • Sea Freight (6-8 weeks): Free of charge.
  • Air Freight (approximately 2 weeks): Additional shipping fees apply, depending on the specific product.

Orders are usually shipped in multiple packages with our shipping partners. Even if all packages leave our warehouse at the same time, it may happen that packages do not arrive at the same time. Please note that delivery is to the curbside only.

Track Order

For air freight items, once the sofa is ready, we will provide a tracking number for your shipment.

For sea freight items, we will provide both the sea freight tracking number and the local delivery tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Force majeure

We make every effort to adhere to the agreed delivery times. However, if we are forced to cancel a delivery due to extraordinary circumstances that could not have been avoided despite taking all reasonable precautions, no compensation will be provided. In the event of a delivery cancellation due to such circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and arrange for a new delivery date.

By “extraordinary circumstances,” we refer to situations where an event cannot be avoided even with reasonable efforts. This includes severe weather conditions that disrupt the delivery route, as well as security risks, strikes affecting transportation, or delays caused by congestion from the shipping company.

  • The recipient must be available on the provided telephone number.

  • Corrections to or cancellation of delivery must be made no later than 24 hours.
