💼 Import Duties & Taxes

We ship all international orders using a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) method.

This means we cover all import duties, customs clearance fees, and related taxes on your behalf — so the price you see at checkout is the final amount, with no hidden fees.

You will not be asked to pay anything extra when your sofa arrives.

Delivery Time

All of our sofas are made to order. Depending on the design, production usually takes around 1–2 weeks before dispatch. Once your sofa is ready, we’ll arrange shipping based on your chosen delivery method.

At OzDesign Sofa, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We provide free curbside shipping via sea freight, with delivery typically taking around 6–10 weeks after dispatch, depending on the country.

For customers who need their sofa sooner, we also offer air freight services. While this option incurs additional costs, it ensures your order arrives within 1–2 weeks—perfect for those on a tight schedule.

To guarantee the safe and timely arrival of your sofa, we partner with professional international furniture logistics companies. All our sofas are made to order. • Shredded Foam: Fills the cushions for added softness.

• Plush Corduroy Fabric: The outer cover material, is known for its softness and durability.

• Support options: Polished iron or powder-coated steel (pink).

Washing instructions

You can easily zip off the fabric on both cushions and mattresses. This makes it possible to wash the fabric at a low temperature. It is recommended to wash at a maximum of 30° and with mild/extra gentle soap. We recommend turning the fabric inside out when washing.
