We ship all international orders using a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) method.

This means we cover all import duties, customs clearance fees, and related taxes on your behalf — so the price you see at checkout is the final amount, with no hidden fees.

Delivery Time

All of our sofas are made to order. Depending on the design, production usually takes around 1–2 weeks before dispatch. Once your sofa is ready, we’ll arrange shipping based on your chosen delivery method.

At OzDesign Sofa, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We provide free curbside shipping via sea freight, with delivery typically taking around 6–10 weeks after dispatch, depending on the country.

For customers who need their sofa sooner, we also offer air freight services. While this option incurs additional costs, it ensures your order arrives within 1–2 weeks—perfect for those on a tight schedule.

To guarantee the safe and timely arrival of your sofa, we partner with professional international furniture logistics companies. All our sofas are made to order. • Covers: Due to the sculptural design, most covers are not removable and we do not recommend taking them off, as reinstallation can be difficult. However, the pillow covers are removable and washable for easy cleaning
