Delivery Time for Cloud Sofa

The Cloud Chair is made to order. Production takes around 1 week, and delivery usually requires 2–3 weeks depending on your location.

At OzDesign Sofa, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We provide free curbside shipping, and work with professional international furniture logistics companies to ensure your Cloud Sofa arrives safely and on time.

Pair it with our matching Cloud Ottoman (sold separately) for the ultimate lounge experience.


Our chairs are vacuum-packed for shipping. Once opened, they cannot be returned due to their expanded size and weight.

Please allow up to 48 hours for the chair to fully expand.

Foam is a synthetic material and may release a slight odour when first unpacked (known as off-gassing). This is completely normal and will fade with time.
