What if it’s not right for my home?
We want you to feel completely confident when choosing your sofa.
We’re proud to share that our return rate is currently below 0.5%, far lower than the average online sofa return rate of around 10%–18%.
Most of our customers keep and love their sofas, but we understand that a sofa is a big decision. Sometimes, you only know if it truly works once it is in your home.
That’s why we offer a 30 Day Trial across our store.
30 Day Trial
Our 30 Day Trial applies storewide to all products purchased from OZDESIGN SOFA.
If your product is not the right fit for your home, you can contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
As long as the product is in good condition, with no damage, stains, heavy wear, misuse, odours, or missing parts, we will accept the return and provide a full refund.
To help us continue improving our products, service, and customer experience, we may ask for brief feedback on why the product was not the right fit.
Whether the size, colour, comfort, style, or overall feel is not quite right for your space, we’re happy to help.
Collection & Product Recovery
Once your return is accepted, we will help arrange collection from your address.
All returned sofas and furniture items are never resold.
After collection, we’ll take care of the next steps. We work with local charity partners, donation networks, recycling services, and responsible recovery partners to make sure returned items are reused, donated, recycled, or responsibly recovered wherever possible. This helps support local communities and reduce unnecessary waste.
This helps us avoid unnecessary landfill while giving returned products the best possible second life.
Refunds
Refunds are processed once the returned product has been collected and checked.
If the product is returned in good condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
We may not be able to offer a full refund if the item is returned damaged, stained, heavily used, affected by odours, missing parts, or in a condition that is not consistent with normal home trial use.

To start a return, please contact us at support@ozdesignsofa.com or through our Contact Us page with:
- your order number
- a few clear photos of the product
- a short note letting us know you would like to return it
Our team will review your request and confirm the next steps.
Faulty or Damaged Products
The 30 Day Trial applies to change-of-mind returns.
It does not limit or replace any rights you may have if your product arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will help resolve it.

Really happy with the Loopa so far. It’s super comfy and I love that we can move the pieces around depending on how we’re using the room. We’ve already tried a few different layouts and it makes the space feel much more flexible. The fabric also feels really nice in person and the sofa looks even better than I expected. I’m really happy with this sofa. The quality exceeded my expectations and it looks even better in person than it did in the photos. The fabric feels durable and comfortable, and the overall design fits perfectly with my living space. It was also very easy to set up, and the size is just right. Spacious enough to relax on but still sleek and stylish. You can tell it’s well made and sturdy. Overall, I’m very pleased with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish sofa.
Lovely sofa - exactly what I wanted! Comfy, easy to assemble, and fits perfectly. There were a few problems with the delivery company, but the customer service at Oz Design were communicative and helpful, and very supportive as we got it sorted out. Highly recommend if you're looking for something comfy and slouchy for a small space!

Absolutely love our sofa! Soft, Comfy and feel durable . The kids love it. Doesn’t stay a ‘sofa’ for long as the kids love to create dens or obstacle courses with it all. Would recommend !
Ordered well in advance (nearly 10 weeks, I think) but it turned up exactly when expected. I'm delighted with the quality, it exceeded my expectations at the price point, and it was great customer service to send the reassuring emails and to email a video of my actual sofa in advance - filled me with confidence - because it's nerve wracking parting with that much money when you haven't seen the product. Highly recommend.
Delivered on time and in manageable packaging once out of the crate. Easy to place together. Nice and firm. Fallen asleep on it way too many times already. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely beautiful and really good quality. Delivery was quicker than expected, which was a nice surprise. The sofa is firm but very comfortable. The extra padded armrest makes it even cosier and great to relax on. It is also very supportive for my back, which was important to me, especially when sitting for longer periods. Would definitely recommend. Very happy with our purchase, and customer service was great too.
My experience with the seller was great! They did not have a cover in the color I was hoping for but when I reached out the team was very helpful and made a custom cover in the color I wanted! Couch arrived as described and is great in my office! My only challenge was with the delivery service- I had arranged a particular date to have it dropped off after a lot of back and forth. They ended up dropping it off days before the agreed date without getting a signature and left it outside in the snow while I was out of town :( Thankfully it was not stolen or damaged prior to my getting home!

Well worth the wait! The sofa is soft, comfy, and fits perfectly in our space. We got the Loopa L shaped sofa (the smaller version). We were a bit apprehensive as we hadn't seen that many reviews but we are so glad we took the punt. We live in a first floor flat in London so this is probably the biggest sofa we could fit any traditional sofas of this size wouldn't have fit up the stairs. The customer service team were amazing, responses were never more than a day and more often a few hours. They sent a video of the sofa with our order number once it had been manufactured which was great for peice of mind. Then any questions we had they answered super quick with video tutorials on for example how to make it into a sofa bed. Would highly recommend the whole experience and for a boneless sofa less expensive than some of the competitors it is definitely worth worth going with these guys! Quality is good too! 👍👍👍

Wonderful experience! We very nearly purchased the same sofa from a different retailer (at a much higher cost) before finding Oz Design and what a find it was! I absolutely love this sofa! It’s incredibly comfortable and the fabric is super soft – even better than I expected. It also came with two extra cushions, which I wasn’t expecting at all and was such a lovely surprise! Since I live in Germany, the delivery took a bit longer than I initially thought, but the customer service on Instagram was amazing – super kind and responsive, which made the whole experience stress-free. I’ve received communication throughout, updates when production and shipping had updates and it arrived in perfect condition. It’s also the coolest couch, i love it! This is the ‘mustard’ colour, paired with my IKEA orange chair and various other colours in the room I think it’s just fabulous. I can’t wait to decorate my room more. The seat is lovely and deep making it so comfortable. I adore it.
