How does our 30-Day Trial work?
30-Day Trial Program
We’re gradually introducing our 30-Day Trial across selected collections, giving customers the chance to experience our sofas at home with confidence.
At present, the Pebble Sofa collection is included as the first range to take part in this program.
If you decide the Pebble Sofa isn’t right for you within 30 days of delivery, you may be eligible for a full refund, and we’ll arrange a free collection through one of our approved partners.

How does the 30-Day Trial work?
Try your sofa at home
We recommend using your Pebble Sofa for at least 14 days, allowing time to adjust to the comfort, support, and layout.
Contact us within 30 days of delivery
If you’re not satisfied, please contact our customer support team within 30 calendar days of delivery to initiate a trial return.
Free collection arranged by us
We’ll organise a free pick-up through one of our partner couriers, charity organisations, recycling partners, or approved waste management providers, depending on location and availability.
Refund processed after collection is confirmed
Once the collection has been completed and confirmed, we’ll process your full refund back to the original payment method.
What happens to returned items?
Products returned under the 30-Day Trial are never resold.
Depending on condition, location, and logistics availability, returned items may be:
- Donated through charity partners
- Collected by professional furniture recycling organisations
- Disposed of responsibly via licensed waste management services
The exact handling method is determined by our logistics partners and operational availability and cannot be selected by the customer.
Important conditions and exclusions
Eligible products
The 30-Day Trial currently applies to the Pebble Sofa collection only.
Additional collections may be included in the program in the future.
One trial per customer or household
Each customer or household is eligible for one free 30-Day Trial return only.
Refund-only trial
The 30-Day Trial does not support exchanges or replacements.
Product condition requirements
The sofa must be free from:
- Structural damage
- Heavy stains, mould, or strong odours
- Pet damage, bed bugs, or misuse beyond normal domestic use
Items deemed unhygienic or unsafe to handle may be refused for collection.
Access limitations
Collection is subject to reasonable access. Locations with access restrictions, stairs-only access, remote areas, or limited courier coverage may require alternative arrangements or longer waiting times.
In some remote areas or locations outside the service range of our collection partners,
home pick-up may not be available. In these cases, we may ask for your assistance in
transporting the sofa to a nearby collection point or drop-off location.
Our team will work closely with you to explore the most practical option and provide
guidance wherever possible.
Proof of purchase
Your order number or purchase confirmation is required to process any refund.
Timing and logistics notes
- Collection scheduling depends on partner availability and may take up to 10 business days or longer in some regions
- Collections typically occur during business hours only
- Refunds are issued after collection confirmation, not at the time of booking
