How shipping works

Where we ship

  • We currently do not ship to the European Union or Australia.
  • We ship to most other destinations worldwide.
    If your country isn’t available at checkout, please contact our support team.

Duties, taxes, and fees

  • DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) applies to all supported destinations except Norway and Switzerland. The checkout price includes import duties, customs clearance fees, and related taxes.
  • Norway and Switzerland ship DAP. Local VAT is payable to the carrier on delivery.
  • We do not charge any additional fees beyond what you see at checkout.

Lead time and delivery options

  • Made to order: production usually takes 1–2 weeks before dispatch.
  • Standard sea freight (free curbside delivery): typical transit time after dispatch is 3–10 weeks, depending on destination.
  • Express air freight (paid option): typical transit time after dispatch is 1–2 weeks. Please contact us for a quote.

Washing instructions

You can easily zip off all the covers! This makes it possible to wash the fabric at a low temperature. It is recommended to wash at a maximum of 30° and with mild/extra gentle soap. We recommend turning the fabric inside out when washing.
