From order to delivery, here’s what to expect:

  • 1–2 weeks: Order processing, production & dispatch
  • 4–5 weeks after dispatch: Reminder email with ETA & delivery instructions
  • 5–10 weeks (depending on country): Local delivery, kerbside only, driver contacts via phone/email

Production Phase


Once your order is confirmed, our team begins crafting your sofa with care.

Production time varies depending on the sofa model and customisation, and typically takes 1–3 weeks.

Shipping & Transit

After production, we arrange international shipping based on your delivery address.

Estimated delivery times range from 3 to 9 weeks, depending on your location.

  • Americas(4-8 weeks): United States, Canada, Mexico
  • Asia(2-3 weeks): Japan, South Korea, Singapore 
  • Europe(6-8 weeks): Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom
  • Middle East(6-8 weeks): Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates
  • Oceania(8-10 weeks): New Zealand

Local Delivery

Once your sofa arrives in your country, our local delivery partner will contact you to arrange drop-off.

Please note: delivery is kerbside only — we do not offer in-home installation or rubbish removal at this time.

For Japan, sofas are packed in cartons only.

The Pebble Sofa collection is shipped in cartons only, with each box weighing under 25 kg, making it easier to handle and move indoors.


For other sofa models, sofas are packed in cartons and secured on a wooden pallet for added stability during transit.

Optional Upgrade: Premium Packaging

For customers living in apartments or places where handling crates is difficult, we offer a paid upgrade to more convenient packaging.
