Made to Order: Delivery in 7–9 weeks from order confirmation, with a reminder email around weeks 5–6.

Every Made to Order piece is prepared with care, and we take real pride in the quality of what we send out.
If you would like to see your sofa before it leaves, simply leave a note at checkout. Once it is ready, we will do our best to send you a quick video of your finished order.
On the Way
After production, Made to Order products travel by international freight before entering the local delivery network.
The 7–9 week estimate includes production, international transit, customs processing and final delivery.
Packed for the Journey
Furniture may be shipped in several cartons. Even when dispatched together, cartons can occasionally arrive on different days.
Please allow up to one additional week for any remaining cartons to arrive.
Final Kerbside Delivery
The local carrier will normally contact you by email, SMS or phone before delivery.
Standard delivery is kerbside only and does not include in-home delivery, assembly or packaging removal.
