Shipping Timeline Guide
From order to delivery, here’s what to expect:
Express Shipping
Express Shipping is the simpler option. Your order is usually dispatched within 2–3 business days, and we’ll send your shipping details as soon as it’s on the way.
Standard Shipping
- 1–2 weeks: Order processing, production & dispatch
- 4–5 weeks after dispatch: Reminder email with ETA & delivery instructions
- 5–10 weeks depending on country: Local delivery, kerbside only. The driver will contact you via phone or email before delivery.
Production Phase
Express Shipping
Express items are usually already made and in stock, and are dispatched within 2–3 business days after your order is confirmed.
Standard Shipping
For Standard Shipping, your sofa is crafted after your order is confirmed. Production usually takes 1–3 weeks, depending on the model and customisation.
Shipping & Transit
After production, we arrange international shipping based on your delivery address.
Estimated delivery times range from 3 to 9 weeks, depending on your location.

- Americas(4-8 weeks): United States, Canada, Mexico
- Asia(2-3 weeks): Japan, South Korea, Singapore
- Europe(6-8 weeks): Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom
- Middle East(6-8 weeks): Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates
- Oceania(8-10 weeks): New Zealand
Local Delivery
Delivery method depends on the size and specification of your sofa.
Larger furniture orders may be delivered by a specialist furniture delivery partner, who will contact you by email or phone to arrange a delivery time.
Carton-packed orders may be sent with a courier such as DPD, DHL, or a similar service. Tracking details will be shared once your order is on the way.
Delivery is kerbside only. Our default delivery option is kerbside only and does not include in-home delivery, assembly, or packaging removal. For any additional delivery requests, please contact us in advance at support@ozdesignsofa.com.
Optional Upgrade: Premium Packaging
For customers living in apartments or places where handling crates is difficult, we offer a paid upgrade to more convenient packaging.
