At this time we do not accept Australian orders.

We currently provide delivery services to the following countries:

  • Americas: United States, Canada, Mexico
  • Asia: Japan, South Korea, Singapore
  • Europe: Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, United Kingdom
  • Middle East: Saudi arabia, United Arab Emirates
  • Oceania: New Zealand

If your country is not listed, let us know your location via Facebook or email us at support@ozdesignsofa.com. We are actively working to expand our delivery regions!

Delivery Time

At OzDesign Sofa, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We provide free shipping via sea freight, with delivery typically taking around 6–10 weeks after dispatch, depending on the country.

For customers who need their sofa sooner, we also offer air freight services. While this option incurs additional costs, it ensures your order arrives within 1–2 weeks—perfect for those on a tight schedule.

To guarantee the safe and timely arrival of your sofa, we partner with professional international furniture logistics companies. All our sofas are made to order. If you have any customization requests, please contact us via email at support@ozdesignsofa.com, and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.

配送スケジュール

信頼性の高い配送を確保するため、当社は国際家具物流の専門会社と提携しています。すべての商品は香港の倉庫から発送され、以下の2つの配送オプションからお選びいただけます。

  • 海上輸送（6〜8週間） ：無料。
  • 航空貨物（約2週間） ：商品によっては追加の送料がかかります。

ご注文は通常、配送パートナーによって複数の荷物に分割して発送されます。すべての荷物が同時に倉庫を出発した場合でも、荷物が同時に到着しない場合がございます。配達はカーブサイドのみとなりますのでご注意ください。

注文を追跡する

航空貨物の場合、ソファの準備が整い次第、荷物の追跡番号をお知らせいたします。

海上輸送品の場合、ご注文品の発送後、海上輸送追跡番号と現地配送追跡番号の両方をお知らせいたします。

不可抗力

当社は、合意された配送時間を厳守できるよう最善を尽くします。ただし、あらゆる合理的な予防措置を講じたにもかかわらず避けられない特別な事情により配送をキャンセルせざるを得ない場合、補償はいたしかねます。このような事情により配送がキャンセルになった場合は、速やかにお客様にご連絡し、新たな配送日を設定いたします。

「異常事態」とは、合理的な努力を払っても避けられない事態を指します。これには、配送ルートを混乱させるような悪天候、安全上のリスク、輸送に影響を与えるストライキ、配送会社の混雑による遅延などが含まれます。
